I can not really put a order on my top ten, but I can share a few that I know I would include. One would be my Silver Proof Bicentennial Quarter that my fifth grade teacher gave me many years ago now. Another would be a struck through capped die I found roll searching. Both same coin, but different angle to see different detials A third that I have pictures of would be a Cud quarter that I also found roll searching. As for the other 7 I will have to think about that farther, but I figured I could share these.

I would have to say that my favorite "modern" coin(s) are my two PCGS 1972 double die obverse lincolns in 64RD and 65BN. They both have a lot of eye appeal and this DDO is a very dramatic one and affordable when compared to the '55 DDO.

My top 5! #5: 1970-D Indent Strike CentAnother really cool error. #4: 1950-D NickelNot a great rarity, but about the closest thing there is to a genuine rarity for modern, regular-issue, minted-for-circulation coins. (no picture) #3: 1996 Double Clipped DimeI found this in circulation a couple years ago before I was actually an active roll-hunter. #2: 2004-P "Peace Medal" Double Die ObverseProbably the coolest doubled-die to occur since the mint introduced single-squeeze hubbing, and one of the better doubled dies of the entire Jefferson nickel series. I live in the focal area for this one and have found several. #1: 2007-P Shattered Die DimeI just found this recently, and I think the picture speaks for itself.

There are really some impressive error coins on this thread... Got me thinking into what my Top 10 would be, in no particular order: 1998S matte proof Kennedy half dollar1964 accented hair proof Kennedy half dollar1932S Washington quarter1936D Washington quarter2008W reverse of 2007 uncirculated ASE1999W uncirculated 1/10th oz. $5 AGE 2004W proof 1/4th oz. APE 2006W reverse proof ASE2008W burnished uncirculated 1/4 oz. gold Buffalo 2001D American Buffalo silver dollar To this list I'm working on adding either a 2006W reverse proof 1 oz AGE or the 1/2 oz. reverse proof platinum AE from 2007. I would consider the 2009 UHR if it wasn't so massively overpriced presently.

I hesitate to post but will anyway. I'm proud to own (at least be the caretaker of) quite a few moderns and picking just ten is not easy.
1982-NMM 10c (fully struck die trial, possibly unique) 1966 25c Proof 1982-P 25c (true gem and nearly fully struck) 1970-S 5c FS very PL 1981-P type "d" reverse MS-65/ MS-67 PL 1985-P 25c sm bust (ch Unc) 1988-D 1c MS-69 highly PL 1969 25c chGem 1976 1$ type I MS-67 1977 25c type "d" reverse AU+
Time don't fly, it bounds and leaps.

Bizybackson ....you have a very impressive top 10 list. I have a couple on your list but have been waiting for a couple more of them to come along. I would really like to find a deal on the 2008W ASE with reverse of 2007. And I think I seen some 1964 sets with the AH .. I better give them a second look.

Day three (and not necessary ranked) is the 1998 s matte proof Kennedy half. GoldRush58 has the ultimate one in ms 70, mine is raw.
