Mine is an ancient Greek coin, a didrachm of Rhodes circa 300 BC. At the time I bought it, it was the most expensive coin in my collection and it's still one of my favourites.

I own mine as well. It's a 1900 Indian cent with an obverse counterbrockage error.

I tried to get an avatar from the 1925 Stone Memorial Half dollar I own, but that was when my photography attempts had just started. The Forum Mom (aka SusanLynn9) made one for me out of stock photos. I currently own 2 of these.

I recently purchased the coin depicted in my avatar. Not the exact same coin, of course, but the same type.

I own mine. My first real set to work on was a Franklin set with fbl's (also my first full set to complete).

I designed, built with my own hands, and finally sold my avatar ...

A lovely wood jewelry box named "Soaring" ... sold to a collector in Boston in 2009 and to this day one of my favorite hand-made creations.

Not a coin ... but my avatar represents my other hobby/pasion.

I own mine, but it's just a 40% 1967 Kennedy.

Oh, I own the "holder" too.

My avatar is a partial of a fighter squadron patch from one of my assignments in Europe, 32nd Tactical Fighter Squadron, Air Base, The Netherlands (89-92). It was created by Walt Disney during WWII.

Ah, memories of the beautiful countryside (and the women) of Holland!

I just picked one of the stock images offered by this forum. I like oddball denominations so that's why I went with a 3-cent piece. Now that I'm getting into coin photography I might change it to one of my coins at some point.
Rest in Peace

I own my Ike but the avatar is a stock photo. It is one of my favorites. The Eagle has landed! I remember it like it was yesterday.

I own mine and a few more like it. I love the Ram design and it has been used on a few Aussie coins now.
