Could be but on the other side it is a boat you cant see it clear on the picture but I can just make it out.

DirtyOldCoins lists this example of a Lucius Verus dupondius with a ship of this same style. RIC# Aurelius 1330.

sap got it .....but onr time I saw same like Marcus Aurelius and Lucius Verus if the second face not ship, becuase look like head too
