I decided to start a registry set for my Lincoln's, and I wanted to know how you guys display the slabs? In a box? In a binder? And if in a binder, what type of page will hold the TPG slabs?

I'd just store them in those boxes the certification companies provide, and then lay them out on a display table for viewing.

I'm sure there are some companies that produce albums to display certified coin holders - also something to consider and investigate. Do a Google search on that.

I keep most of my slabs in Intercept Shield boxes that hold 20 slabs. They are supposed to have some extra tarnish preventative built into the boxes plus any of the major 3rd party graders slabs fit in the Intercept boxes. I tried the plastic boxes but prefer the Intercept because of the tarnish resistant material. I have my silver eagle registry sets in three Lighthouse albums that have snap together plastic pages to hold the slabs: 9 or 12 slabs to a page, 36 to the album Nice binders but I may consider moving them to two 50 slot wooden boxes. The silver eagles coins are a little too heavy for the plastic pages. They are OK if you don't keep opening books to view the coins. I also have an Intercept album with pages to hold their quadrum 2x2. I use these to hold my better non-slabbed coins.

If you get Coin World, you should be able to find ads for other albums designed to hold slabs. Coin Wizard, or any other site specializing in coin collecting supplies, is another good source to check for binders and slab holders.
