Australian coin Pillar of the Community Australia 1244 Posts	Posted 12/08/2011 12:02 am Fingerprints can be easily fixed by soaking in water for a day or two, if they seem raised or something it could be a glue like substance, what I am interested in is it really a 2003 coin, that is like a coin that never existed! Australian coin Pillar of the Community Australia 1244 Posts	Posted 12/08/2011 12:18 am For a circulation coin fingerprints don't make that much of a difference, but still good to have a play around and see how it will do with a soak, don't rub it to hard drying it as you don't want to scratch the surface.
