I am aware that hub doubling on coins adds significantly to the value of a coin. Does it also with tokens?

Thanks in advance

IMHO, the doubling on your token is sufficiently significant so as to warrant something of a premium. It has cross appeal in that an error collector and a game token collector might vie for it.

Another recent thread discusses an 1863 Civil War token that evidences doubling on the date. In that case, the doubling is typical, and some CWT collectors might pay a premium for a specimen of that variety which evidences no doubling.

Doubling on tokens is interesting but they would have to be older to have much of a value in my opinion. I have some nice British tokens from the 1790's and early 1800's that have doubling. There are collectors for them.
