You know your lucky when your roommates know your a coin collector, give you all the nickels, dimes, and pennies off his desk and you find a Wheat penny. 1951D wheat I believe it was. It might be common, but for me, who just started, its awesome! Besides, he gave me over 2 dollars in change.....that 200 more pennies I can get from the bank later lol

all my coworks do that for me I get almost all there change to go through. one I got a 1917-s Wheat from them.

Coin jars or friends change always gave me luck . I have found a1883 racketter nickel , mercury, IHC and keep asking them to check their coins..
