It's a Canadian cent, but that's all I can tell... anyone with a guess as to year? Maybe I should put it on ebay as a possible error? I have a new program on my computer specifically designed to deeply penetrate any obstacles/debris on coins to enable me to tell if it's worth purchasing! Your coin, however is not, sorry.
