My grandma saved like bottles of these and I came across this one.

1973-Canadian-Quarter-Error-Or-Large-Bust?

I did two comparisons. The one on the left is small bust but the one on the right is different. Your thoughts?

Nice find!

The 1973 with the large bust was made in small numbers and is a case where they accidentally used the OBV die of the 1872 quarters,

I think these were issued in some of the mint sets from that year. I remember in '73 reading that they had found them and KNEW I should have bought one back then.

Hi, tristen 1230, Welcome to the Forum.

Both your coins look the same to me but, my eyes aren't as good as they used to be.

Both are a small bust. In the large bust, the dots are almost against the rim.

Both the same, I've been hunting for large bust for a while.

(lol, I almost wrote large butt instead of large bust)
Rest in Peace

I put your picture beside a "large" bust...Your's is on the left...Look where the beads are compared to a real "large" bust.

Don't they go hand in hand?

You have posted the exact same thing in at least five different threads. That is unacceptable. Post it once, and then link to the original post in other threads. Secondly, there is no need to resurrect a 2012 thread topic
