I bought 17 canadian silver dimes on ebay tonight

Some-New-Aquisitions-Too....

1913, 38, 40, 41, 42,43,44,45,46, 3x47 (2 of one, one of the other, 48, 49, 50,51,52.

Paid 28 for the dimes, the 2 '47's I think are worth having.

And 3 nickels, 1899, 1912 and 1918 for about $6. The nickels were the better buy.

Cruising for more deals as we speak...

Here you go Ugly....

Yeah, I bought 3 liberty halves, all 1954, P D snd S so one from each mint. 2 look like they're a good grade, and 1 not so much. I have 20 other ones on the way too so I can't wait to see them all.

The coin is just the end coin for a roll of FE's, IH's and the other end is a blank planchet. Cost me an arm and a leg and then some, but there's something about the roll I just wanted.

I hope you have good luck.

I don't want to burst your bubble, but I thought these 'unsearched' rolls on ebay with interesting end coins were a bit of a scam, in that they usually have very common coins within the roll.

Do let us know the result and hopefully I'm very wrong.

I have gotten burned before....I know all about the "grab bag" type auctions. Not gonna cry about it here for sure. I just really wanted the 1889 seated liberty. It looks like it's in really good condition and it's a good start for me with pre-1900 american coins.

I will definately let you all know what is contained in the roll...expecting the roll on Mon. or Tues.
