its around silver value but not not much of a increase of value because its not a huge rotation.

no problem... anythign over 20 degrees of rotation is worth more

I believe it's worth more than silver, probably $15-$18. Even in a worn condition like this, the pieces can still be a quite a bit. coincollect1 is right when he says that it's got a premium over 20 degrees. This is around 10-15 degrees only.
