Here's my latest pick-up. Have been looking for a higher grade Johnson House CWT for a while... What do you guys think it graded?

That's a beautiful CWT Dave. Congrats on picking that one. Grade? I'll guess 64 RB.

@ Dave H .... Any CWT collector would be proud to own the McClellan and Johnson House pieces! @Arkie .... Good buy at $10. I'd use a swab, dipped in acetone or Coin Care to gently scrub the verdigris and/or soak, if need be. Here's my latest acquisition, being a PCGS MS-66 .... Tough town, wherein Niagara is misspelled .... NY 640A-1a ....

Here is one that has me stumped. I believe it is a store card token. Reviera Restaurant Atlantic City NJ, Good For 20¢ in trade I searched this forum with no results, ebay don't have it, nothing on Google (I found the restaurant but not the token) and my general information Civil War Token Red Book has no mention of it. I need to buy this > U.S. Civil War Store Cards The Definitive Collectors Resource by Fuld 3rd edition< I would assume it might have some information on it. In the meantime, has anyone seen or know anything about this one? Thanks in advance for any information.

to the CCF, Steve. IMHO, this Atlantic City token is likely a mid 20th century issue. My opinion is based on the overall fabric of this 20 cent trade token.

An awful lot of really beautiful tokens posted over the years in this thread. It discourages me, as I doubt I'll be fortunate enough to ever come across any that nice "in the wild", so to speak. Regardless, I've developed enough of an interest in this genre to at last jump in here. My store card find today came out of a dealer's "junk" bin. Condition's mediocre, R-3.
