I have come across two of these 1942-D Walking Liberty's describes as D/D or D over D but I can't find any atribution to them in any of the coin books. Are these legitimate double punched mint marks and do they add any value to the coin? The two I have seen were definatly doubled marks.

I had a 1942-D RPM at one time.

Coneca list five RPMs for that date.

The one I own was with the Repunched Mint Mark going south.

I sold it on ebay for about the same as a regular 65.
