Okay, so I'm thinking "Details" and "Rim Damage" are in my future. What do you all think of this IHC? Also, what is the deal with the shield on the reverse? Under magnification, it doesn't look like PMD to my very amateur eyes.

G-4 details. It looks like PMD to me.

The shield is most definitely PMD, unfortunately.
