Judging from the hair/ribbon separation--I would say EF40, perhaps better.
I hope those aren't spots of corrosion in the feathers. I would get that out of the 2x2 to inspect.

No corrosion that I can see. I paid $150 at auction for it.

Sure looks like environmental damage on the feathers from the pics.
