My oldest coin, apart from the 2 ancients from around 200 AD.

The ancients are Alexandria 2-3rd century AD and Claudius II Gothica 268-270 AD Antoninianus. I don't know from what date coins are said ``ancient`` but my 1808 sure is a nice old beauty.

THis one was given to me by my Grandfather and was the first Seated quarter in my collection. I love the contrast of the darker fields and the rays.

Sorry I choose for 2 coins again.. but since they have the same date and country , It's an attempt to post all 12 coins in time and I put them in 1 picture, so technically it's 1
