Thanks for the comments. In the end my OCD kicked it and I felt as if I need my tribe to stand together. I really like the set but one question is about the gold $1. Why do you think the hole for the $1 is way to big? Do you think a different coin was suppose to go in there? Uh, either way last post, final result Next will be a Lib set, but considering I don't own any of those coins, it maybe a while.

Like the holder says, it's for the LG $1. Yours is SM.

A hint from a long time Capital holder user, you can cut a nonpvc flip into 1/8" or less strips to make a long lasting shim for that $1

bigfredd is right. Technically that $1 gold coin should go with the "Liberty" eagle gold type set since it is from that era...but you can either make a shim or purchase another Capitol One holder with the "SM" $1.00 spot. Eventually when you put together your liberty gold set, you can get a $1 indian and swap them.

The type set holder looked empty with those 2 holes. Much better now! :)

Thanks guys. I just can't believe I cracked that slab and its the wrong type of coin, that is almost funny.
I'm sorry for my ignorance but what coin would fit in this type set in the $1 hole? Is there a big date version?
I am now forced into a Liberty set LOL
