Best Place To Get Dateless Buffalos?

How much should I expect to pay per nickle, too? I'm wondering because I had a ton of fun recovering my first dateless buffalo, and would like to do it more! When I did my Buffalo project I tried to pay less than 15 cents per, including shipping, but I was happy to take really ugly lots. It's easiest to spend the minimum amount per coin if you go for large lots (e.g. 500 coins). Be sure to get lots that haven't had the mint-marked ones picked out already - all the better dates worth restoring are D or S. I would say avoid lots that already have some restored coins, but I found good dates like '14-D that had already been acid-dated by somebody before me. You can also ask dealers. A lot of them have a box full of them they'd like to get rid of. My local dealer doesn't even keep them, and if people bring them in he tells them to spend them. Of course, do your very best to identify partial dates, varieties and other identifiable dates before resorting to acid dating. Even in a very low grade, original is always going to be worth more. I was looking on ebay, but it seems like very few (if any) of the listings I come across mention if there are mint marks. They usually use default picture, too. I wouldn't mind buying in lots of 500 or more, but right now the cheapest would be $.15 each @ 500+. Thanks for the suggestion about checking out dealers! I'll be sure to do that.
