Wow, this thread is amazing, as I've asked repeatedly at multiple branches over the years to order IKES and they said they couldn't. (or didn't want to?)

I went in and cashed in all the rejects from that bag today. Came out to $1100. And I kept about $125. That's $1225 in ikes... out of a bag I paid $1k for. Easiest $225 I've ever made.

IT only took 10 minutes for a bank to order 1000 ikes for me, and I don't even have an account there. I just treat them with good manners and respect, and occassionally bring them cupcakes or do-nuts. They love me. All they have to do is call the armored car services and have them get the ikes. It is not on their standard order form. The bank needs TO CALL for you. Most older customers of the bank will buy the Ikes back from you when you are done with them.

I received 1000 ikes today 3/19/2013. I found 5 American Eagles, 4 Morgans, 1 Peace , 1 Hungarian Silver Taler, 4 40% Ikes, a 74 proof ike, and a unc 1973 ike. I then sold the 983 remaining to another bank customer. People love Ikes. I ordered 3000 more today.

 Sounds like an awesome score. I will have to ask my bank on Thursday when I go to pick up my halves if they can get some since I have an in with the branch manager and the vault teller there. |

They are not on an order form, nor listed as a computer choice. Your teller/manager must call the armored car service to see if they are available. The Federal Reserve Bank has a half of a page devoted to Ikes,

So have been waiting for my next order of eisenhowers although when my bank delivered the halves they told me all gone :( so guess I was lucky to get the one thousand that I did , I need more though hooked on ikes now even more then halves

I prefer halves. I've gotten a few bags since I last posted in this thread, but nothing crazy.
