I am doing halves with my son who is 8 years old. We went through $14,000 worth of halves since the beginning of the year. He has done a wonderful job going through all the coins. My job was to get these coins to and fro the banks. It's time for us to report our finding. Barber: 1 WLH: 13 Ben: 5 90% Kennedy: 18 40% Kennedy: 94 Proof (2002-2007): 8 One very special box we just went through this morning has the followings: 90% Kennedy: 1 40% Kennedy: 6 WLH: 8 1963 Ben on the end of the roll Image: Ben.jpg98.02 KB Yesterday, we also found a 1944 WLH on the end of a roll Image: WLH.jpg95.4 KB The following image is the 1907 Barber Image: Barber.jpg99.6 KB

Then I guess you do not metal detect? Those are not really that bad. I have found hundreds that have been eaten away so bad it makes yours look BU by comparrison I tried to run a few through Coinstar and it jammed up and the screen said call manager. I quietly left the store.

It is usually the zinc cents that get eaten up and are useless. I have found 50-75 year old coppers that look almost as good as the day they were dropped.

From another roll of cent I found 1987 Canadian 1985p nice and shiny x2 1952 1974s AND a Rossie dime in the same penny roll- a poor looking beat up 1984p. AND with all this interest of counterstamped cents I have never found any until this roll a 1964 with Lincoln smoking a cigar. nothing big in nickels rolls just a 1956d. mila_
