The walker sent is a nearly dateless 1920. So worn I can only make out the 20 under certain lighting/magnificaion and the area where a mintmark would be on the reverse is completely worn away.
I am not convinced this was a case of the seller not knowing the difference. They won an auction on April 1 that consisted of four dateless SLQ's and one dateless Walker. All coins were individually pictured and none of the SLQ's were type 1. Why dig up a picture of a 1916 instead of using a picture from the auction you just won ?
I am just really glad you guys take the time to link these sellers and inform all of us newer to the hobby. I am not saying I will never make a bad purchase on ebay but this certainly helps me know which sellers I may need to look a bit closer at and what types of things to be looking for. Certainly learning a LOT here.
I think it was intentional as well. What are the odds she got a random SLQ picture and it was a 1916. She obviously knows it has a huge premium and wanted to sucker people into it.
