@ratio411: I have actually been CRH to complete a set of Jeffersons while I am picking up Ike's for my set. I am getting close to the complete set of Ike's and just ordered my Dansco to put them in. I do like your idea of getting the 2 Ike commems as I have really started to take an interest in that series. Hope there are extra slots in the Dansco.

@CelticKnot: You may have just made jbuck's day. Another member of the Ike fan club.

MercMan:
There are 4 extra holes in the Ike with proof album from Dansco.
Since the Ike commems are pretty much the lowest priced modern
commems available, I have decided to use all 4 holes for that coin.
I was going to put an unc/proof pair obverse out, and an unc/proof
pair with reverse out. I know it is duplicating, but the holes are
empty, there are 4, the Ike commems are cheap, and it fills it up.

I think that is a good idea.

I have no problem with duplicates. My four extra holes are duplicates: 1971-D, 1972, 1976 (Variety 1), and 1977-D. Totally random, but as luck would have it (since the holes were filled long before I knew they existed), the one in the 1972 hole is a Variety 3, while the "duplicate" is a Variety 1.

Jbuck:
Thanks.
The best thing about those 4 holes is that you can make them the
only 4 holes in the album with 90% silver in them! 90% silver = good!

@ratio411 I am going to steal that idea for sure. Or at least 2 of the commems. Can't go wrong with silver.
