Can you take a straight on picture? It's hard to ID at an angle.

I believe the coin is a Fausta with SALVSREIPVBLICAE Salus standing left, holding a baby in each arm on the reverse. I can't make out the mintmark though.

Actually I think it may be a coin of Theodora. I have one like it...

Theodora. AE4. 337-340 AD. Trier.

FL MAX THEO-DORAE AVG, bust right wearing plain mantle and
necklace, hair elaborately dressed with a plait
encircling her head
PIETAS-ROMANA, Pietas standing facing, carrying an infant at
her breast.

Mintmark TRP
RIC VIII Trier 79.

ancientcoinguy I think you nailed it. The bust style is a match and what I can see on the reverse it looks the same also. This is a very nice find.

It can be a pain - I too struggle and often the results vary wildly even when the conditions seem the same. I find if you elevate the coin from the background (I usually just put a stack of 5p pieces under the coin) and try to take the picture in natural light the results are OK.
