joeturbo26 Pillar of the Community United States 1193 Posts	Posted 04/29/2012 2:10 pm I compared this to every other 1999 in the box of $25, it doesn't seem to touch when looking on with a loupe from a diagonal angle, yet not as wide as all the years that actually do feature a WAM. Thoughts? Pretty sure its a CAM, but thought I'd ask. Report this Post to the Staff

If the obverse carries a date of 1999, then this is the 'normal' business strike for the year. As suggested above, focus on the location of the designers initals to the right of the memorial base.
