The edges look like a bit of a filled die. But it is most likely PMD.

Prison numbers tho ? Possibly his birthday or just numbers he uses alot Chzman lol ..

But it seems like PMD to me possible Die wear .. Not a expert just my Opinion.

so its just where the lettering has worn it makes it look bigger than the rest ?
