Looks like a " Die Cud" to me ..

U try poking it with a stick ? lol

Nice like booger you found there ... I've seen some wheaties with something close to that on the Wheat ears ..

but thats my Honest opinion that it would be a Die Cud of sorts ..

Looks like a die chip to me.

I think it is a die chip with a gas bubble cause I think I found the same!!! but mine doesn't have the pop!
