I bet you're referring to the Loons. Anybody know exactly when the next coins will be announced to Master's club members?

Monday morning? I haven't even received my dino, birdie, 25-cent bumblebee, and the 2-headed coin yet. If the Mint keeps this up, I'll always be waiting for something.

It'll likely be late Sunday for me. They usually update the website for new coins at 12:01 AM EDT. At least I've got a good idea of which ones to get this time so I should have the order done by 12:15 and then the waiting begins all over again.

Monday I think there will be some stampede-related coin news. ~3 coins will be issued to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Calgary Stampede.
I've no clue when the other ones will be released.
@Mrpiedfort: The loons is one of the new ones, a beauty. But I've got my eyes set on a monster of a coin.
@tocoins: we can tell you, but then we'd have to kill you :P that or the forum admin will remove all traces we've ever existed.

haha, just curious, other than the MC channel, where else can you guys get such news? I'm an MC member, but I have no idea what everyone's talking here...

At least one of the new coins is available for order from a dealer website now. Unfortunately, it's the most expensive one and out of reach for most collectors - yes Mrpiedfort, it weights 5 kilos.
It nicely captures the sculpture that sits outside of our embassy in Washington. Or you can see it on the back of a 2001-2001 $20 note.
The description indicates that the launch date is May 28th so that is likely when the public will see it, and maybe the others, on the mint website. The same launch date is noted for the next Niobium coin (also on the dealer site).
The advertising date is May 22nd, so that's probably the start of pre-order for MC.

Quote: haha, just curious, other than the MC channel, where else can you guys get such news? If you're really curious, drop by a Canada Post Outlet. They have the literature about the soon to be release coins. Other dealers may have it too. None of the information about new coins (here or what was deleted) has come from MC news. Just what's available on-line if you do a little looking.

@CC-Ottawa, thanks! Google a bit and didn't find much. I'll be patient and wait until Monday
