still waiting for circulation parks canada quarters to ship. I ordered them in DECEMBER. My order from April 2nd still also has not shipped. I emailed some time ago and got some vague answer and that they didn't have enough information and that I should call customer service. I'll get right on that...not! I'm hoping that they will do something to make up for such lousy service. Sometimes, how a company makes amends is the real test of what they're made of. So RCM.....? |

Just got a reminder from the Mint to order some of the new coins before they go on sale to the general public (MC)......think I should send them an email to remind them to ship the coins I've already ordered months ago?

I don't feel so nervous anymore knowing I'm not alone here. I thought it was just me as I have a huge queue waiting to ship. I'm waiting on: 1x: Group of Seven Subscription (they said they're back ordered on cases) 1x: Fab 15 Subscription 2x: Two Loons they all just say processing. Group of Seven was ordered the second they announced the pre-order to the MC. this is ridiculous. I'm taking a break from the RCM after this until they sort their mess out. I'm going to focus on the Chinese Pandas and Australian Koala's for a bit I think. |

I think I know why they're back-ordered on the Group of Seven. I received mine a few weeks back. Just received it a 2nd time last week. I only ordered one!

I ordered that six pack of quarters in December that still hasn't arrived. It's only been 5 months!  |

Are they minting each coin by hand or something. Little Umpa Lumpas with little paint brushed hand painting each coin. What a mess. Cancel your order from the Mint and get them from ebay. I see tones of them out there and they look like they are not selling well, might get them cheaper than the mint price. |

Mint price was face value - and these are circulation coins none of that $20 for $20 questionable legal tender status. That would be stupid to sell these for less than mint price.
These went on sale December, looking at 6 months now. Wow!

These went on sale December, looking at 6 months now. Wow! You mean they sold these coins for $3.00. WOW, I was confused there for a second. I saw some people paying more than 5x the mint price. I know you can get the six pack for around $3-$4 on ebay. |

Yeah a "marketing ploy" I fell for. Started with no-brainer loonies, toonies, quarters, 24/20 all shipped at face value. Now I'm an MC member and broke.  |

I did not get any shipping confirmation Email. But just received my 3 coins this afternoon. Love the 2 glass bumble bee coin, hate the dinosaur one. It is kind of a kid's coin, give it to my cousin as a birthday gift next week.
