Checked my local PO yesterday in Ottawa and they don't have the silver dollar nor do they know when they will get it.

My mint rep told me a month ago that it was due out "mid June".

Obviously a few are out there and on ebay while the mint tries to wait for some grand release (probably next week) and chastises us for breaking the news on this forum. I'm not even sure we should be discussing it since all previous threads that even mention this coin have been deleted.

Yet another fail for the mints marketing machine. Nice looking coin though. Expect delivery in time for Christmas.

Have you ever seen the "glow in the dark coin" available to order on the CP website?

- yes CP had the dino on their website for a short time before it sold out.

I will go to the shopping mall tomorrow, there are 2 post offices closeby.
I will take a photo if they have a new silver limited edition stampede coin display.

Talked to a dealer yesterday and confirmed that 1) the silver dollar exists (he took it out to show me but can't sell it yet), 2) Canada Post was Not authorized to start selling them (the RCM is right pxxxed off that post offices were selling them), and 3) it will be unveiled mid this coming week following some sort of pre-Stampede event in Calgary.

Nothing special though. Looked like any other stampede coin, with the done-to-death cowboy on a mad horse.

Since the Stampede has already started, I'm curious if anyone else is still waiting for delivery of the 25 cent coin.

I got one from the RCM a month ago but Canada Post has yet to deliver the two that I ordered from them. Curious if this is a Mint production delay, or an issue with CP.

Anyone else waiting?

I have received both the colored coin and the silver coin from the mint. I am not sure how long the wait was, but it was less than a week from order to coin in hand. I was pleasantly surprised.
