Just received an e-mail from the mint acknowledging the shipping delays and vowing to reduce or prevent such delays in the future.

It doesn't help a lot but does at least show they understand that there is a problem.

For a moment I thought I sent a scathing letter to the Mint and got a reply.
Well, at least the Mint has acknowledged the problem and hopefully things will be back to normal. But I'm still waiting for my dino, bird, and bumblebee coins after soooo many weeks.

Just received that email from the RCM today. I believe it is related to the silver aster bee coin in my case.

Got the email a few minutes ago, when I started reading it I was expecting a coupon code or special offer on the next order due to the huge delays. Nope just an acknowledgement that they know about the delays.

Pretty weak response from the mint. In simpler terms it's them saying "we did a awesome job selling out coins... yet we suck with customer services." At least give some kind of discount or coupon code for people who have been put on hold.

I was kind of surprised. Did not read like a sincere apology. Kind of got the impression this was all they were willing to do. We'll know that they are truly sincere if they ship our latest orders on time. I want my "Two Loons" on time!

got mine too. I also was thinking free shipping on next order. no just, will try to ship in the next 4 to 6 weeks.
