Personally I'm not comfortable giving money to a stranger on the internet. He's been a trustworthy guy and long time member, but when you have $20K+ in deposits all at once, you never know what's going to happen.

Powercoin shouldn't have customs issues as far as I know. 999 silver should go through untaxed right?

For powercoin there are no customs problems they send registered post and you pay no duties or fees I buy from there often and it cost me 12 euros to ship 2 shark coins this morning that's about $9.00 canadian. The price is probably about 15-20 dollars higher than the mint but I have not seen the mint price I have seen these going for more than $100 at other dealers that are sold out

Doesn't 90 euro = $116 Cdn + shipping is 12 euro ($16 Cdn) total $132?

Elk Let us know if you find them cheaper.

I just powercoined it. I calculated the risks versus reward. It would have cost me $118 through RFD and it cost me $129 through Powercoin. For $11, I will just go with an established business.

If you only get one coin, it is only 10 euros in shipping, not 12. I guess it is more economical to get an extra coin for an extra 2 euros in shipping if you need more than one.

The New Zealand mint website says both 5,000 and 4,000 mintage on the same page. Confusing. Debating if I should order one now. It looks kind of cool.

Rumour has it that Powercoin will increase the price of the shark coin once it's sold out the first 100.

Well, RFD price is ~101 for the Shark. PowerCoin's price is Mint+markup, RFD's is Mint-discount :)
