Whenever I have a circulation find like your quarter I 2x2 it so as to preserve its state. I have been seeing some nice olympic coins when quarter hunting lately.

When I was a little kid back around 2000-2005, I would keep all quarters I had that weren't normal caribou quarters in a coin jar, and recently I dug them out and managed to make a few sets of the 1999 and 2000 commemorative quarters! :D

Ya I thought around 15$, I was really excited to find it for a penny. I think someone made a mistake letting her go.

Hey denny7000, here is a pic of that 1970 25 cents PL-65, I just received, for $5. Please excuse this interruption of coins found in circ.

Nice looking fields on that coin, good luster and pretty clean for a 5 year old coin.

Looks like an irregular 9 on the 1947, something weird on the inside of the 9. Nice
Nice error coin on the toonie, off-centre core strike?

Very nice finds, gunnern79, welcome to the forum.

Like to see a closer shot of that 1947 Penny, looks like a die crack by the leaf. 10 O'clock.

Looks like a die crack from the tip of the leaf to between the denticles, at 10 O'clock.

7 looks odd in the date. Neat coin, check the obverse for die cracks as well. Give us a pic of the obverse if you can.

I see an error listed on Coins and Canada Die crack at end of left leaf. Looks like a blunt 7 but there is extra metal at the curve in the 7 so hard to tell. Very Cool coin.
