As others have, I've stopped shipping outside the USA on PayPal deals.
Getting proof of delivery is not possible and without it, PayPal will almost ALWAYS side with the buyer in cases on non-delivery.
On non-eBay deals, I'll ship to Canada only if paid in cash or Canada Post money order, and other countries only if paid in cash.

But how will my Nigerian kin be able to find me and share their wealth without my ebay email address?

OT: I as well no longer ship outside the US. I get a 1 star for shipping prices because I have to charge for some type of delivery confirmation or if I don't paypal refunds the money...there is no winning for sellers in this situation.
