Maybe Nisibis, Mesopotamia. Whats the size?

If the reverse is Caracalla, wouldn't that make the obverse Julia Domna?

I can't seem to put my hands on it, but I still say that the reverse is the turreted & veiled head of Tyche. I do not have great sources for provincial coins, but someone will probably be able to ID it soon. I'll be watching
