Is this something a collector would want or should I spend it?

Personally, I would keep it because of the straight 0s, the almost bookend serial, and it looks to be in pretty descent condition. However, I let others chime in on whether a collector would pay a good premium for it.

Close but no cigar, otherwise it would be a radar note!

It's called a "groaner" , so close but no cigar. Keep it if you like it, spend it if you don't.

I'm assuming that was supposed to be a joke since there are 4 different numbers on that note.
