Personally, I do not think I would spend it. I do think a collector may want this.

With Currency, you need to post the front and back to see it this note was trimmed, or if it's a genuine mis-aligned 2nd printing error...

also part of the printing has to be missing on a real BEP printing error for it to be collectible.If it was just cut from a sheet by a person after it left the BEP then it would have no collector value,IMHO.
