It is more likely either late Henry III or early Edward I as it is a voided long cross(post 1247). Would there be any chance of some slightly better pictures? It may make it a little easier to ID it properly. Will Report this Post to the Staff

But it's definitely a "long cross", which were issued 1247-1278 (later half of Henry III and beginning of Edward I; the Edward I types still have "HENRICVS REX III" as the obverse legend). It's IDed enough to move into the British coins forum, however.
