Anyone knows when the next coin in the series release? And what image or symbol will be on the coin?
IMO, after the leaf, canoe, polar bear, Queen. The next one could be the very well-known symbol of Canada - "The Moose".

The flower one is nice, but personally I don't like the rabbit, that made the theme too close to a lunar coin, and we are going to see the next lunar coins soon. And if the mint is going to pick a flower, I hope they would consider trillium, simple and elegant, fit well for a small coin.
Or consider a coin for remembering the three elephants that are going to be moved from Toronto Zoo to California.

@jpaiva83, I don't think it is the leave again. Elephant, never work. We have to think about something related to symbol of Canada. Moose, Beaver, Whale....
Let's see who has the right guess. :)

The rabbit is the Alex Colville design from the 1967 5c?
A 1967 redux series would be very neat.
But, perhaps that should wait for 2017.

I hoping the beaver and the goose are used for the next wild life bullion coins. As for the $20 for $20, how about we screw with the Americans and put a bald eagle. :)

@jpaiva83: I don't think that's such a great/funny idea!

I guess that the mint will stop the $20 for $20 series.

jpaiva83, I think all four designs would be just fine on the next edition.

Why does it have to be an animal? We've had ONE coin so far with an animal, the other three were not. Two coins had people, one had a tree leaf.
The next coin, could have a building, a bridge or some other piece of architecture.

There goes your bald eagle idea, then. And I'm sure that 50%+ of Canadians will hate a CN Tower coin. How about one that honors the Newfoundland carp industry or P. E. Trudeau....oh wait, nevermind, let's do the CN Tower idea... Using wildlife is a very neutral idea that won't upset anyone. Look to the Australians. Either that or Laura Secord - everyone who's ever had ice cream in Canada knows who she was. Why not team up with the choclatiers to promote such a coin?
@HelzelsCoins: If you have maple leaves in your country, then yeah, why not? Fauna and flora do not magically stop at an imaginary border.
I'm with a provincial flower theme. It would be fresh and pretty at the same time. Fleur-de-lis, trillium, etc. (I don't even know them all but that's the point of such coin series - to educate).
