I don't have any CC coins myself but I am
Anxious to get to the coins. On my way from Philly to the West Coast this summer I drove an hour out of the way just to drive through Carson City at 4:00am.

Day one? No takers.
Maybe day two will be better.
Or day three, day four, day five?
"CC"s are NOT easy.
But SO worth the wait!

oih82w8- They definity were not needed as much as the sidewalks in Reno, but even those weren't getting too much leather on them.

Mintage numbers for 1870 Carson City mint:

1870 Quarters: 8,340
1870 Half Dollars: 54,617
1870 Dollars: 12,462
1870 Half Eagles: 7,675
1870 Eagles: 5,908
1870 Double Eagles: 3,789

I reiterate: Pretty Dang RARE!!

I am not very surprised by the lack of CCF 1870 CC ownership!!

But, many more years to follow!! It's all good!
