Just found a 1961p Dime in a coinstar!! Second silver find in a coinstar since I started checking it and 4th silver find all together including the self service coin counters at the bank.... My nephews are always checking coinstar too and they were with me today at the grocery store.... When we walked in it was a race to the machine... I usually let them win when they go with me but I just had a gut feeling to get there first and blam free silver! Talk about paying under spot lol

Not a Coinstar, but someone left 2 Canadian Quarters and a 1908, 40 Centavo coin from Chile in the return bin of my local bank's coin counter. It appears to be silver, and the size of a quarter. The same coin, only a 1907, is listed on ebay with a BIN price of $40, with shipping. Besides being the first coin from Chile, it made my day!

Kind of a coinstar find, I found a Canadian penny, a clad quarter and a few clad dimes in the penny arcade at a local TD bank.

So today at the credit union coin machine's reject slot I found:
a 1997 penny two Chuck 'E Cheese tokens (1992, 1996) and a 1991 50 cent token for a now defunct riverboat casino chain that opened in 1991.
Interesting to say the least.
