I have a feeling lots of people will advise you "don't clean coins" which is reasonable advice, if you clean it with anything abrasive or overly harsh you will remove value along with the dirt. I made sure that there was no grit, and used the acetone soaking + the cotton ball,and it turned out great! With the exception of a few small black stains that would not come off, ALL the black grime was just wiped away! Does anyone have a way to get rid of the rest of the stains?
