I know I've heard some poeple mention it here before but no one has actually went ahead with it. Just not sure if it was worth it for someone to have to do all the setting up, collecting, purchasing, and then ship individual packages out. Think in the end, if someone wanted a larger order, it was just easier for them to order themselves.

Hi, I'm new on this forum, but I've been on another one for a few months.
Rockdaddy, I would probably do a roll as well. I hope they would be like the ones I bought from C/A about a week ago and they were all in great shape.

Not much talk anywhere in a while about the first 3/4oz Canadian bullion coin. Has anyone been watching them on ebay or anywhere else? If so, what kind of price are they going for. Any stores in Canada selling them yet? 😈

Thanks Shopaholic for the link! I have see that capsule...close just isn't close enough. Whats the point if it isn't going to protect your coin huh. LOL. posted this dilemma in the supplies thread as well. I'm now on the hunt to see if there is a slab available instead.

Any stores in Canada selling them yet? 😈 All the ones on ebay were sold by me or some of my friends who splitted with me some tubes I ordered. I personnally sold about 60 coins in the range of $45-$52 on ebay and at $40-45 off ebay. Beautiful coin!

Quote: An hour ago they still had 37. Now they have none. I guess someone is betting they will appreciate in value.
I saw the same thing last night as the price went as low as $64.50 at one point. They've restock them now and it is at 64.89 at the time of this reply with 37 remain.

Quote: Do people ever set up group buys on this forum. Gatewest has great prices if we buy 7 rolls of 15 coins. I would take 1 roll. Rockdaddy: The price they quote for 7 tubes, isn't this in store only and wouldn't that mean you have to go pick it up?

Rockdaddy: What price did Gatewest quote you for those 7 tubes? I'm thinking of ordering 2 tubes now... I'm also thinking about ordering from Colonial. The ones I picked up last week were in great shape with no milkspots to speak of. I could also probably negotiate the price down a bit if we were doing some kind of bulk (non-credit card) order. I can also do local pickup from them.

http://www.gatewestcoin.com/markets.html the best deal is for 7 tubes. This is the cheapest place even for singles. If you can get a better deal from CA since you can pick up, let me know. I was hoping to wait until silver dropped to the $30-$31 range, but let me know what you can do. I might be interested in a roll.

I managed to fit mine into an old square holder from a British Crown. Tight fit but will do for now.
