Just got mine in the mail from SGB....Just the 1 coin but had ordered a 10oz ntr bar to go with it to lower shipping charges per oz. Looks amazing. I like the thickness it has. Anyone know where to or have airtight capsules for these?

I got the parcel from CA with this coin. Haven't open it yet. Ordered previously some air-tite capsules from US ebay seller, for 38mm and 40mm. In the evening will try them and post the result.

I tried the 38mm capsules. This coin is too thick for them to shut tight. Fits in diameter wise perfectly though.

Yesterday APMEX had 182 Polar Bears when I checked. Today they are down to 85. They have been selling them around $85 per coin. Even with that high price they seem to be selling well.

I am looking at evay fo rthese coins.. some are selling it at around 68-89.. but if you take out the approximately 13% in fees, the return is around 59 - 77.5...wouldn't the ebay and paypal fee pretty much eat up most of the premium?

ebay fees vary by seller. There are sales thresholds that entitle you to discounts on fees. Also fees vary between auction and BIN etc. Probably the max fee paid is 12% on an auction by an occasional seller but the bigger sellers would be 10% or less. I just added one of these to my last supply order from Colonial Acres. Don't remember exactly what I paid but it was in the low 60's. It varies with spot of course. Right now they're going for $64.17 and they have 38 in stock.

Has anyone asked the RCM if they intend to do something about the lack of a capsule for this coin? I would but getting to them via Contact Us doesn't appear to be an option and I have no desire to sign up for Facebook.

What? RCM will produce capsule for bullion? Never know they have done this before. lol...are you kidding? I'd rather order a third party one if necessary. No, I do not even bother to buy a capsule. Will get white spot sooner or later, who cares...

An hour ago they still had 37. Now they have none. I guess someone is betting they will appreciate in value.

@ Cheney....there is no guarantee that these coins will develop milk spots thought I KNOW VERY WELL why you would say that. Even so, I capsule all my bullion. Right now this coin is missing one. Does anyone know of a capsule that is 38mm that will accommodate this coins girth?

I went to Colonial this afternoon and bought one of those coins. I also purchased a 39mm capsule. It doesn't close completely, but it's sufficient for now. :)

Ya the 39 closes the same way as the standard 38mm...closes but not secured. A little bumb and that coin is all over the place.

Do people ever set up group buys on this forum. Gatewest has great prices if we buy 7 rolls of 15 coins. I would take 1 roll. 😋
