Thanks to my Santa, got a Queen's Diamond Jubilee "20 for 20" silver coin and a set of the Parks Canada centenial quarters in a mint set. My gift got out late to my recipient and will be there soon.

Kids, there are 12 Days of Christmas, so we have until January 6th to receive our gifts.
But yes, the waiting is frustrating.

The wait's even worse for me... I've heard from the postal elves (long story) that the package I sent had surely arrived in NYC on the 20th (i.e. eight days ago), and was being sent on its further postal way off to my recipient's address (in the same general part of the country). All my attempts to calculate led me to believe that, unless anything really weird had happened, the package would've arrived on the 27th at the very latest... possibly 28th but that's really pushing it (basically I had to assume that the post office took a four-day weekend, and some very unlucky timing happened elsewhere). It's currently, if I'm counting correctly, 5:30 PM or so of the 28th at my recipient's; yet, while being reasonably active elsewhere, my recipient doesn't appear to have posted anything as to whether he got my parcel |

Ho Ho Ho the waiting IS worth it , I received my Secret Santa gift today in the Mail from Awers TWP On. Two US uncirculated 2000 mint sets from both the Philly and Denver mint, Along with the State Quarters from that year. A great big Thank You to my Secret Santa who ever you are |

Received my package today. Well probably sometime this week. I don't like having coins sent to my home address so I always use work address for receiving. We are shut down for the week of Christmas. I ran up to the shop today to get the week's mail and my gift was there.
Thank you secret santa for a great grouping of Russian coins. They are very interesting and beautiful. One of my future goals is to become more familiar with foreign coins. I can't think of a better start than this. There were also some error coins purposely mixed in. My secret santa didn't divulge their name. January1may, are these possibly from you? Whomever they are from I give a big THANK YOU! Oh well, time to get off the computer and dig into the new stash.

I sent mine out Yesterday. Meant to do it earlier but I went home for the Holidays for a week and got a little distracted getting ready for the trip. Hope my recipient likes their gifts.
