I know it takes a long time, it took me almost 2 years to get this far. But it was a good learning experience.

I always send things with signature confirmation when I sell (not just the minimal delivery confirmation). That way you have proof someone signed for the item and it wasn't just left at the mail box where anyone can pick it up. This will work in your favor if you get a charge back or if someone says it wasn't delivered even though I have never had this problem I have heard of others that didn't use sig. confirmation that have and I have sold on ebay little here and there since 1997

Bryan1315:

I'm not trying to prove you wrong or anything, I'm just wondering... Do you know for a fact that signature confirmation alone is a valid proof for PayPal to make them decide in the seller's favor ?

Do you personally know of a case where PayPal decided in the seller's favor when an item was claimed "not received" because the seller had the proof that he had sent the item by signature confirmation ?
