My first farthing; wasn't going to get into farthings, but this is a beautiful coin (to me).

Some nice coins here ^^ great to see our former colonies taking an interest!!
I haven't bought any English coins of late but some of these are making me wonder why... a few coins posted that I don't have, I love some of those older portraits.

Lots of beautiful old coins. Here's something new... I picked these up in Edinburgh last April when they were just starting to show up there...

Found this little gem on ebay listed as "British coin", with the envelope claiming it to be a 1779, I paid $2.29 + $0.49 ship. Talk about "Long Live The King"... "1775" "George II" halfpenny mule, regal facsimile. 138gr (8.9g), 26.1mm. Streaky flan, evenly and lightly porous. May be a 1737 date, but that seems unlikely, although the reverse is closer to GII than GIII. Four pictures (with and without flash) and seller photo.

Two other recent adds, both sixpence. 1816 KGIII 6d, good circulated. 1877 QV 6d, attractive colorful patina. No die number. VF in my opinion. A die crack runs horizontally beneath the date.
