Any ideas for the prototype coin for this imitation issue?

5.42 gms, 21.3 mm. Thanks for any input.

The obverse is trying to be a denarius of Pertinax but calling this an imitation is overly nice. This is a gift shop toy coin not even up to tourist fake level.

Thank you, Doug. I had the same feelings at once, but now I'm giving some benefit of the doubt in this case.

I have my doubs about this being ancient. What convinces you that it is an ancient imitative?

Other barbarian imitations convinces me that there is a possibility of hybrid die coins as such one being used in circulation in eastern parts of Europe:

I am familiar with ancient imitations and have a few myself. This one looks thoroughly modern to me though.
