The rims are great, hardly a dent.

Not a pro grader , but EF if my mind.

Id say its EF. Its well struck with very little wear and its toned nice an evenly. Very nice coin.

Thanks guys that's what I was hoping to hear.

It was a bit of a gamble buying it from someone I had never dealt with in Bulgaria but I felt I had to take the risk.
I paid $200 for this and a VF+ (perhaps even) aEF 1917 penny which I was happy with, but not exactly a steal like steve's. LOL. Probably close to the right price I think.

That seller has a lot of good coins if anyone is interested in learning who he is.
