Nice examples Dearborn! I started buying 1 oz silver Libertads about four years ago, have 36 of the 43 years, mostly BU but a few proof and reverse proof. I don't love them enough to get a complete set, the low mintage years are expensive. I'm more a stacker than a collector. I don't have a complete set of anything LOL. The Libertad has gone through several design and finish changes. I like the early years best with the more shiny cartwheel finish like Morgan and Peace dollars. As mentioned there's been a lot of talk about very low mintages for 2025, I won't buy one. I bought a few gold Libertads before spot price went crazy high. Here are mintages of BU silver Libertads:

and yes, looking at the prices of some of these, I'll probably do the same and get the ones that cost under $100.00 first, then see where I go from there.

I got that chart from Libertad Reddit form, if it's okay to mention that here. Numista and Wikipedia also have mintage charts, there's a year or two that show different numbers so don't know which is correct. The Mexico mint is usually late releasing them, not until midyear.

Picked up 140 ounces in 1oz and 5oz bars and 103.75 face in 90% silver. Did a swap for 3 $20 gold Liberty's with my LCS.
