Was talking to my grandfather couple days ago, and told him I was starting to get into coin collecting. He has a nice collection himself and he showed me an 1895 O Morgan silver dollar his mom gave to him because she didn't collect coins. It's beautiful. Maybe one day he will leave it to me :).

I just started on Morgan's, I just want one of each year, which should be a doable set. I got an MS+ 1901 for $35, and a nice 1st year S mint for the same. I figure alternating between Maples and Morgan's each buying week will get me the Morgan set in 2-3 years. I will avoid the valuable Carson City varieties in the 1880-90's, though I want a few cc examples just for the novelty.
